Terms & Conditions for Your Gigstore Experience
Gigstore Electronics LLC is a trusted UAE-based retailer specializing in musical instruments and professional audio equipment. By purchasing online or in-store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions designed to ensure transparency, security, and a reliable shopping experience.
Order Processing & Cancellations
- All orders are subject to product availability.
- If an item is unavailable, Gigstore will attempt to contact you using your checkout details.
- You may select an alternative product of equal value or request a full refund.
- If no response is received, available items will be shipped and unavailable items refunded.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring order status after purchase.
- Promotional offers may be limited to two (2) units per product, per order.
- International orders require shipping insurance for transit damage claims.
- Order cancellations are subject to processing status and may not be possible after dispatch.
Purchases & Payment
- We accept the following forms of payment:- Visa - Mastercard - Cash on Delivery - Cheque.
- A bounced cheque is subject to a fine equivalent to 10% of its value, with a minimum penalty of 1,000 Dirham.
Returns & Refunds Policy
- Return requests must be made within three (3) days of receiving the product.
- Approved returns must be completed within seven (7) days from purchase.
- Defective items are subject to inspection by an authorized service center.
- Incorrect items must be reported immediately upon delivery.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Used, damaged, tampered, or legally restricted items are not eligible.
- Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Returns Within the UAE
- Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
- Items must be unused with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
- Exchanges apply only to manufacturer defects or incorrect delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated.
- Each eligible product is limited to one (1) exchange.
- Online orders must be submitted via My Account → Orders on gigstore.ae.
Refund Processing
- Online and card refunds are processed within twenty-one (21) working days.
- COD refunds require valid bank details and processing times may vary.
International Returns & Customs
- Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.
- Approved returns must be shipped within seven (7) days.
- Items may be sent to manufacturers for technical evaluation.
- Import taxes and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are non-refundable.
Warranty & Repair Services
- Products defective after seven (7) days but within warranty qualify for service.
- Warranty service is free; shipping and duties are customer-borne.
- Warranty claims must be emailed to info@gigstore.ae.
Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Completed labor, delivery, or installation services.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
- Special procurement, BTO, open-box, clearance, custom-made, or pre-owned items.
Warranty Void Conditions
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering.
- Damage caused by accidents, water, sand, corrosion, or misuse.
- Products sold “as-is” or explicitly without warranty.
Legal & Governing Law
- Gigstore reserves the right to recover losses arising from unlawful activity.
- All transactions are governed by the laws of Dubai and the UAE.
- Legal proceedings must be initiated within UAE jurisdiction.
